LA GRANGE — Construction of the Tuolumne River Mainstem Channel Restoration project, which aims to provide healthy habitat in which fish can thrive, was completed this week by partners Turlock Irrigation District, Modesto Irrigation District and the San Francisco Public Utilities Commission.
