No injuries were reported in a house fire on Porsche Strasse Wednesday evening.

The fire was reported around 5:20 p.m. Wednesday in the 2800 block of Porsche Strasse. The first crews to arrive on scene found a fire burning in a single room. They were able to contain the fire before it spread to other parts of the house.

Although the residents were home when the fire broke out they all got out safely, said Turlock Fire Marshal Mark Gomez.

Three Turlock City Fire engines, a Battalion Chief and a Division Chief responded for a total of 11 firefighters on scene.

The cause of the fire is still being investigated, said Gomez.
