Jack Bright was able to see his flight dream come true on Sunday thanks to Ageless Aviation Dreams Foundation and pilot Darryl Fisher.  Ageless Aviation Dreams Foundation honors many senior citizens and veterans by giving Dream Flights in their restored Boeing Stearman that was once a trainer from World War II.  The foundation owns three planes and travels the country in hopes of making dreams come true free of charge thanks to sponsors.  Last year they provided 650 flights in 23 states.

On Sunday, the organization was at the Turlock Airport.

“It’s an honor to be here and say thank you as you all have given so much,” said Fisher.

Due to mechanical issues, Bright was the only one out of 10 local senior citizens to receive a flight on Sunday.  Ageless Aviation Dreams Foundation said the flights would be rescheduled in a month or so. For more information about the foundation, visit www.agelessaviationdreams.org
