ACE to run Valley Link rail system

Valley Link — a train system to connect Northern San Joaquin Valley commuters to the BART system that currently terminates at the Dublin/Pleasanton station in the center of Interstate 580 — could be up and running by 2024 (Photo contributed).
Valley Link — the proposed commuter rail project that would connect the Northern San Joaquin Valley with the 131-mile BART system with 50 stations throughout the Bay Area — will be operated by the same agency that runs the Altamont Corridor Express.
