Halloween events at the library: The Hilmar Library will hold a Halloween Story Time at 11 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. today at 2001 W. Falke Rd. Costumes are welcome. The Turlock Library will hold special Halloween-themed Preschool Story Times at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. Thursday at 550 Minaret Ave. Kids are encouraged to dress in non-scary costumes and participate in the Friends of the Turlock Library's Trick-or-Treat Parade. A special craft will follow our Story Time.
