The Dancing with the Turlock Stars cast and board members visited Jessica’s House Friday to deliver a $50,000 check from funds raised during the third annual  event in September. DWTTS Board President Kristin Bettencourt said that the event managed to raise $154,000, with Jessica’s House, Salvation Army and Covenant Care Hospice each receiving a $50,000 share of profits. Jessica’s House Director of Donations Terrie King said that the nonprofit is fully funded by donations like this and this money will allow them to continue helping children deal with loss. King said, “This will allow us to keep our doors open and help children learn they can live with grief. There is hope.”
