The Turlock Gospel Mission is expanding and would like community input on future services.

Recently, TGM purchased property at 437 S. Broadway, in Turlock. The purpose of the purchase is to centralize the mission’s operations, increasing efficiency in addressing Turlock’s homeless and hurting people with the goal of restoration.

TGM is looking for input on the detail and scope of services to be provided. The mission will be holding two different meetings, on Feb. 9 and 23, to receive community input.

Discussions will be held at the Homeless Assistance Ministry, located at 1030 East Ave., Turlock. Call the TGM at 668-9846 for more information and space availability for the meetings.

The mission of TGM is: “To help individuals through the sharing of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to meet basic human needs; to serve all homeless and hungry people, who come to our door by offering food, shelter, compassion, educational, residential and employment services as well as other supportive services and referrals to outside systems to assist their renewal to a full and independent life.”
