“Glengarry Glen Ross,” David Mamet’s Pulitzer Prize-winning masterpiece, is being presented at Playhouse Merced through June 17.

The play centers around a group of cutthroat real estate salesmen who will do anything to close a deal. No matter how unethical or illegal, any method is acceptable if it ends with money in the bank. As a company contest for the most sales increases the pressure to perform, someone in the office crosses the line, stealing a set of fresh leads worth thousands of dollars, triggering a police investigation and an unraveling of lies that could bring everything crashing down.
The show is directed by Jim Kocher and stars Ryan McCormick as Shelley Levine, Jim Bennett as Richard Roma, and Paul Wagner as John Williamson.

The shows are set for 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 2 p.m. Sundays.

Tickets for “Glengarry Glen Ross” are available at the Playhouse Merced box office, by calling 725-8587, or at playhousemerced.com.
Tickets are $22 for adults, with $10 student tickets available at the box office with a valid ID.
“Glengarry Glen Ross” is recommended for a mature audience due to language and some adult themes.
