Alice went home to be with the Lord and Savior on Sept 25, 2014.  Alice attended the Neighborhood Church of Redding for 30 years and was an active member of Stephens Ministries.  Alice lived a full and happy life; she enjoyed shopping, playing cards, QVC and dancing.  She was an avid square dancer for many years.  She had many wonderful friends.

Alice attended schools in San Francisco and Turlock and graduated from Turlock High School.

She was the mother of two daughters; Debra (Robert) Schnell of Oshkosh, WI; Gail (John) Combs of Redding, CA; grandmother of five; and great grandmother of four.  She is also survived by three brothers: Dave (Carolyn) Maggard of Laguna Woods, CA., Stan (Carol) Maggard of Turlock, CA., and Larry Maggard of Modesto, CA., as well as several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held at Neighborhood Church on Sept. 30, 2014.  Burial was Oct. 1, 2014 at Turlock Memorial Park.
