The family of Ana Maria Dolores Hoggatt, 47, of Turlock, welcomes friends and family to celebrate her life at 4 p.m. July 26 at the New Life Christian Center, 2918 West Tuolumne Rd., Turlock. Surrounded by her loving family, Ana Maria passed away peacefully at her residence in Turlock.
Ana Maria was born in San Mateo, Calif. and was raised in Redwood City. She moved to Ceres in 1979, before she settled to Turlock in 1989. She belonged to the Equip Church of Turlock. She was known for mending people’s hearts and helping others. She loved crocheting, cooking, gardening and taking trips with her family.
Ana Maria is survived by her husband, Steven Hoggatt of Turlock; father, Carlos Gonzalez of Oakland; children, Alcira D. Rocha of Turlock, Sara J. Rocha of Ceres, Jose Grijalva of Merced, Steven A. Hoggatt of Turlock, and Jacob A. Hoggatt of Turlock; and 10 grandchildren. She is also survived by her siblings, Marco V. Ruiz, Diana M. Ruiz, Silvia C. Ruiz, Christina R. Lough, Carlos Gonzalez Jr., Veronica Veccera, David Gonzalez, Victor Gonzalez, Monica Gonzalez, and Patricia Gonzalez.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Diana Grijalva; and mother, Antoinette Ruiz.
