Antonio Manuel Costa, 63, of Los Banos, died May 19 in Los Banos.
Visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, May 26 at Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral Chapel in Turlock. A rosary will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Wednesday, May 26 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 1545 Center Ave., Los Banos. A mass is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 27 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. Burial will be at Los Banos Cemetery.
Antonio was born in Arrifos, Sao Miguel, Azores in 1947.  He was a herdsman for 30 years and a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Los Banos, P.S.F.A. of Los Banos and I.D.E.S. of Los Banos.  He enjoyed gardening, fruit trees and spending time with his grandchildren.
He is survived by his wife, Noelia M. Costa of Los Banos; sons, Tony Costa and his wife, Trisha, and John Costa and his wife, Leah, of Los Banos; grandchildren, Ava Costa and Chase Costa of Los Banos; mother-in-law, Serafina Marques of Los Banos; brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Joe and Pasty Marques of Los Banos; brother- in-law, Libral de Couto of Sao Miguel, Azores; and various nephews and nieces.
Services are under the direction of Whitehurst, Norton & Dias.
