Barbara Dee Woodral, 66, passed away on July 7 in Crescent City after battling cancer. She was born on Aug. 3, 1943 in Durante, Okla. and resided there until the age of 13.  Barbara then moved to California where she spent the rest of her life.  She met her husband, Bob, in high school, and they later had three children together. Barbara was a homemaker for many years and worked 12 years prior to her retirement at Dairyland Market in Hilmar, where she was well known by many. She retired in Crescent City four years ago. Barbara loved her grandchildren, and she loved to be around family. Loved ones called her “Granny.” She was also an avid bingo player.
Surviving her is husband of 51 years, Bob Woodral; sons, Bud (Sheila) Woodral  of Crescent City and  Donnie (Jocelyn) Woodral of Crescent City; grandchildren, Brandon Anderson and Amanda Woodral of Turlock, Johnathan Heitchler, Dustin, Garrett,  Bobby and Hayden Woodral of Crescent City; and six great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Debbie Anderson; and grandchildren, Brian Anderson and Sheleen Casey.
Graveside services will be held at 9 a.m. on Thursday, July 15 at Lakewood Memorial Park, 900 Santa Fe Ave., Hughson.
Arrangements are under the direction of Wier’s Mortuary Chapel of Crescent City, Calif.
