Ben was born in Oakland, CA to Lorenzo and Delores Quezada and passed away at the age of 57 in Modesto.  Family was Ben’s life and he treasured time spent with them.  He attended Family Life Center and had dedicated his life to God.  Ben enjoyed his job as a pipe fitter.  He was a giving man who loved helping others and was known to literally give the shirt off his back to someone in need.

He is survived by his wife Shirley Quezada; children Sonia Gutierrez, Sarina Dutey, Anthony Gutierrez and John Schmidt; thirteen siblings; eleven grandchildren and three great grandchildren.  

A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00p.m. on Friday, January 20, 2017 at Family Life Center at 200 North Olive Ave. in Turlock.
