Betty Drake, 92, of Stevinson, passed away at Emanuel Medical Center on Wednesday. Betty was born in Stevinson to Jack and Hazel Hummenterberg in 1917. She lived her whole life in the Stevinson area.
Betty is survived by her only son, Lewis Drake; nephews, Alex Gonsalves and Rick (Jeannie) Gonsalves both of Stevinson; niece, Jennifer Lambert of Cotati; cousin, Marget Hunter; and many great and great great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis “Pudge” Drake.
Visitation will be held from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday, March 22 at Allen Mortuary in Turlock. A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, March 23 at Sunnyside Cemetery in Stevinson. Arrangements are entrusted to Allen Mortuary.
