Betty is survived by her loving husband of 69 years Gerald Thiessen of Meridian, ID; son Gary and his wife Peggy Thiessen of Meridian, ID; daughter Sherri and her husband Gary Fleming of Riverside, CA; grandson Steve and his wife Sherry Thiessen of Meridian, ID; grandson Colby and his wife Carrie-Ann Clark of Yorba Linda, CA; granddaughter Shellee and her husband Eric Sutton of Turlock, Ca; granddaughter CarriAnn and her husband Todd Gravitt of Brea, CA and eleven great grandchildren: Gabe Vera, Auston Sutton, Rebekah Thiessen, Jenna Sutton, Taylor Sutton, Landon Thiessen, Kylie Gravitt, Nolan Clark, Kennedy Gravitt, Taylor Gravitt and Connor Clark. 
Viewing will be held at Allen Mortuary on Friday, March 24, 2017 from 10:00a.m-7:00p.m. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 25, 2017 at 10:00a.m. with burial to follow at Turlock Memorial Park.
