Beulah Allen, 95, passed away peacefully Saturday at Brandel Manor.
Beulah was the 11th of 13 children born to William and Dora Haile in Kansas. She moved from Kansas with her family to Denair at the age of seven where she lived until 1959, when she moved to Turlock. She married Everett Allen, Sr. in 1933, and they were married until his death in 1979.
Beulah lived at Covenant Village for the past 19 years, where she enjoyed many friends. She lived in Assisted Living for only six months before her brief illness. She was a charter member of Connecting Point Church of the Nazarene in Denair.
She is survived by her sons, Everett, Jr. (Kay) and E.L. “Duck” (Carol) Allen; daughter, Lanita (Bob) Moen; 13 grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; three great great grandchildren; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Allen, Sr.; son, Gene Allen; and all 12 of her brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 26 and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 27 at Allen Mortuary. A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 27 at Allen Mortuary with private interment at Turlock Memorial Park.
