Beverly Jo Beevers passed away at the age of 66 surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, August 20, 2017.  She graduated from Turlock High School in 1969 and later earned her cosmetologist license which she still held to this day.  Bev was known for always making sure she got the best deal possible before she made any purchase.  She enjoyed finding good deals and buying things for family and friends.  She was a caring and compassionate person and was always available to provide support and counsel for others.  Her caring demeanor carried over to her love for animals (especially dogs); over the years she fostered many pets in the home and would only let them go to a home after she carefully inspected the new owners and their home.  Family was the most important thing in Bev’s life, she would do anything for her children and grandchildren.  She will be dearly missed by all  those that knew her.

Beverly is survived by her husband Sam Beevers; children Brian (Marieke Dusenbery) Beevers and Robin (Dillon) Collins; brothers Charlie Chessher and Jim Chessher; sister Lorraine Chessher; grandchildren Hollie Collins, Matt Collins, Nick Collins and Galileo Ray Beevers.  She was preceded in death by her parents Bob and Earline Lankford. 

Viewing will be held at Allen Mortuary on Thursday, August 24, 2017 from 5:00-7:00p.m.  Funeral service will also be at Allen Mortuary on Friday, August 25, 2017 at 10:00a.m. with burial to follow at Ceres Memorial Park.  

Memorial contributions can be made in her memory to SPCA of Stanislaus County.
