Carol Lee Knapp, 86, of Turlock, passed away quietly at her home, surrounded by her loving family, last Friday. Loving wife, mother, Nana, great-grandmother, and friend, she was loved by all and will be greatly missed. 

Carol was born in Hanford, CA to Don and Ivy Maybee. She spent most of her life in Turlock. Carol graduated from Turlock High School and MJC. She was a homemaker while her children were young. Carol managed several local dress shops and retired from Richland Pharmacy. 

Carol was a long-time member of New Life Christian Center, involved in various ministries. Her faith was a testimony to all she touched.

Carol is survived by her husband of 56 years, Arthur Knapp, her daughter Barbara (Bud) Smith of San Jose, her son Mark (Marti) Knapp of Turlock, her daughter Michelle (Bob) Perkins of Hilmar, daughter Marci (Jeff) Brown of Denair; 13 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be at Allen Mortuary from 6 to 8 pm on Thursday, September 15th. Memorial Service will be at New Life Christian Center at 10:30 am on Saturday, September 17th.
