In was born in Seoul, Korea and graduated from Kyung Dong High School in 1957.  He worked as an engineer from 1959-1976 for the Seoul City.  On November 13, 1964 he married Pom Suk Kim and in 1976 they settled in Turlock, California.  He retired from Parker Hannifin (Racor Division) in 2008 after 31 years. 

In is survived by his children Mison Kim and Glenn Kim.

A memorial service will be held at United Korean Church of Modesto, 130 Auto Center Court in Modesto on Saturday, August 28, 2021 at 11:00a.m.
