Charles Clinton Walker was born in Panoka, Alberta, Canada to Walter and Ruth Walker and passed away at the age of 97 in Turlock. He had two brothers Stanley and Wesley Walker. On August 29, 1946 Charles married Bertha Mae Blevins, and together they had four children, Sharon (Ben) King, Cynthia Oie, Louis Walker and Kenneth Walker; five grandchildren and twelve great grandchildren.
