Charles Orby Whitaker III passed away this week at home with his daughter by his side.  Charles “Chuck” was a quiet man and a proud Navy veteran.

Chuck was born in the fall of 1942 to Charles and Geneva Whitaker in Glendale, California.  His career spanned 55 plus years in the automotive industry.  Chuck enjoyed old cars and was a long time member of The Modesto Chapter of the Northern CA Ford F-100 Elite club. He was also a western movie and memorabilia buff.

Chuck is survived by his loving daughter Cynthia and son-in-law David; beloved sister Caron; grandchildren Chase and Camrynn; nieces Debbie and Sheri.  Chuck is preceded in death by his parents.
