Clemente J. Lopez, 77, of Newman, passed away Saturday evening with his family by his side. He was born in Arteaga, Michoacan, Mexico. He worked as a farm laborer for 60 years for the Isom Ranch of Patterson.
Clemente is survived by his wife, Maria; children, Elizabeth M. Lopez and Clemente P. Lopez Jr., both of Newman; sisters, Maria Lopez of Los Angeles, Guadalupe L. Blancas of Mexico City, Mexico, Cande L. Luna of Puebla, Mexico, and Francisca L. Mendoza of Michoacan, Mexico; four grandchildren; and three great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by brother, Elodio Medina Lopez; and sister, Antonia Lopez Medina Garibay.
All services will be held at Allen Mortuary. Visitation will be held from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Thursday, April 22, followed by a Rosary at 7 p.m. Chapel service will be at 11 a.m. on Friday, April 23 at Allen Mortuary. Please leave memories and condolences at www.allenmortuary.com.
