Dallas Nester, 73, passed away Monday, February 6, 2017 at Emanuel Hospital losing his battle with cancer.  Dallas was born in Oklahoma and moved to Keyes, CA as a teenager.  He later moved to Modesto where he was employed by Gallo Glass as a forklift operator where he later retired from.  Dallas was a hard worker and enjoyed fishing and loved his family.

Dallas is survived by his three children Julie Nester of Pahrump, NV, Jeff Nester of Ceres, CA, and Kristina Almanza of Modesto, CA; two brothers Douglas Nester of Ceres, CA and Tom Nester of Turlock, CA; and four grandchildren.

A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held on Saturday, February 18, 2017, 1PM at Allen Mortuary.
