Danny entered into eternal life on April 12, 2010. Danny was born in Modesto to Estevan and Ruth Godinez. The family relocated to Turlock in 1935. He attended Turlock Grammar School and graduated from Turlock High School in 1952.
Danny enlisted in the United States Air Force and served in the Korean War. He lived in the Bay Area for over 40 years, where he owned a barber shop. He later retired, sold his shop, and moved to Sparks, Nev.
Danny was a member of Light House Baptist Church in Reno, Nev. He was always ready to lend a helping hand and his talents (mechanical, building and gardening) to his family, church and friends. Danny will be forever remembered, forever loved and forever missed.
Danny is survived by his wife, Dolores Godinez; his daughters, Ann Zuerner (Rob) and Katy Beltran (Frank); son, Daniel Godinez; seven grandchildren; and seven great grandchildren.
Danny was laid to rest at Northern Nevada Veteran's Cemetery.
