Debbie Weathers was born on July 10, 1956, in Turlock. She grew up on a ranch owned by her parents, Paul and Betty Quinn, of Livingston. She attended school in Livingston and graduated from Livingston High School in 1974. When she was 15, she met the man she would marry and spend the rest of her life with, Andy Weathers. At age 17, she married Andy and three years later, she had her oldest daughter, Andrea, and four years later her youngest, Tiffany. For 15 years Debbie worked at Valley Fresh Poultry Plant in Turlock. She wanted to change careers and became a Certified Nursing Assistant at both Brandel Manor and Emanuel Hospital until 2006. She was a beautiful lady with a smile that could light up a room, even in her darkest times her smile still shined. What she loved most was playing with her “grandchildren,” Payton and Michaela, and gardening, she was known for her beautiful flowers. Her family was her pride and joy.
Debbie is survived by her husband, Andy Weathers; daughters, Andrea and Tiffany, both of Atwater; sister, Paulette Hills of Turlock; mother-in-law, Irene Weathers of Ballico; and numerous nieces and nephews that loved her very much.
She is preceded in death by her father and mother, Paul and Betty; and brothers, Steve and James Quinn, of Livingston.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to Stanford Hospital and Medical Clinic, 300 Pasteur Dr., Stanford, CA 94305.
