Debra is survived by her loving husband of 36 years, Mark Mouzes; her son Brian Palmer (Amy) of Gallatin, TN; and her daughter Kimberly Kuprienko (Rick) of Stanford, KY, one sister Connie Soots (Ace) of OR, and five grandchildren, Preston, Samantha, Marcus, Madalyne and Spencer. Plant a tree in her memory. 

Funeral services are October, 16th at Spurlin Funeral Home in Stanford, KY.May her memory bring comfort to those who knew her.
