Diana C. Tovar, 57 loving mother, Daughter, Sister, and Nana passed away on July 20, 2015 after a ten year battle with cancer.  She was born on October 5, 1957 in Modesto, CA to parents Ruben and Frances Rios.  Diana worked for Stanislaus County for 35 years.  She was a very family orientated woman, very independent, loved to spend time with her grandkids & was the type of person who always put others before herself.  She loved music, road trips, going to the casinos, and was a huge Giants fan.  Diana was a member of New Life Christian Center.  She was loved by family and friends, she will be dearly missed.  She is preceded in death by her husband Chano Tovar and her father Ruben Rios.  She is survived by her mother Frances Rios, her daughter Erica Tovar (fiancé Rudy Gutierrez), her son Lucas (Ana) Tovar, grandchildren Noah & Ayden Tovar, and Five brothers and five Sisters, David Rios, Esther Maya, Mary Helen Fuentes, Jesse Rios, Ruben Rios, James Rios, Christine Montalvo, Annette Rios, Marian Shock, Steve Rios, Connie Hilaman.

A memorial service will be held at New Life Christian Center, Tuolumne Rd. Turlock, CA 95381, July 31, 2015 at 10:00am.
