Diane attended The Miss Wallace School, a private school for girls in Piedmont Ca.  She then attended University of California at Berkeley at the age of 16.  She would not earn her degree in Anthropology until years later after her children were grown when she attended California State University Hayward (CSU EASTBAY). Diane will be remembered as a loving, kind intelligent woman. Over the years she volunteered in several classrooms for her children and grandchildren.  She loved the arts, plays and a good book. Her door was always open for family and friends.  Even in her later years she never failed to help others if she could. She was an intelligent woman with a quick wit sense of humor. Diane was very creative.  She loved to write, make crafts and sew.  She had a thirst for knowledge usually reading 2 or 3 books at a time.  Diane will be missed by all who knew and loved her.
