Dominic Joseph Coelho, 55, passed away unexpectedly due to an automobile accident on September 21, 2017. 

Dominic was born in Modesto, CA to Joe and Louise Coelho. He graduated from Central Catholic High School where he met the love of his life, Mary Zumstein Coelho. They began a life together while Dominic was working for the family business, Joe L. Coelho, Inc. He recently joined the Shafer Commodities team continuing his passion for the field in which he loved. 

Dominic was a devoted husband, father, and family member. He was known for bringing together family and friends, often at the spur of the moment. He was the source of countless good times, laughter, and fun. Dominic was bigger than life. His kindness, love, and zest for life made everyone around him happier. He will be missed by everyone who knew him, and especially by those who meant everything to him – his family and many friends. 

Dominic is survived by his beloved wife, Mary Coelho; his daughters, Allison (Danny) Brasil and Natalie (Marc) Hermanson; his grandchildren, Luke, Henry, and Millie Brasil, along with Riley and Emma Hermanson; and his mother, Louise Coelho. He is also survived by many beloved siblings, aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. 

Dominic is preceded in death by his son, Dominic Jr. and his father, Joe L. Coelho. 

 A visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Thursday, September 28. A rosary and funeral service to follow will be held at 10 a.m. on Friday, September 29. All services will be held at Turlock Funeral Home, 425 N. Soderquist Rd., Turlock.
