Dorothy “Dot” Dean Snow, a woman who loved her family dearly, passed away suddenly this week.  Dorothy was known as a collector and yard sale enthusiast.  She was very out-going and loved learning about her Native American history.

Her family and friends will always remember her “famous” five bean and potato salads but her love of family came first and foremost.  She will be deeply missed and her memory will be cherished forever.

Dot is survived by her children Gaylene (Bernard) Ramos, Michael (Susan) Snow and Kevin Snow; siblings Betty Jean, Alleen, Robbie, Glenda and Zane; in-laws Flossie and Margaret; 10 grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and 8 great great-grandchildren.  Dot was preceded in death by her husband Dillard, son Coy Wayne, grandson Wesley Schindler Jr., siblings Wilma, Faye, Cleatus, Roddie , Ronnie, and parents Tim and Sue Withrow.

Visitation will be held from 4 pm to 7 pm on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at Allen Mortuary.  On Wednesday April 19, 2017 at 10 am, a Funeral Service will be held at Allen Mortuary with a Graveside service immediately following at Turlock Memorial Park.  A reception will be held at the Allen Event Center following the Graveside Service.  Please share your memories at www.AllenMortuary.com.
