Earline Lankford, 79, passed away unexpectedly at her home.  She was born in Osceola, Ark. to Earl and Beatrice H. Liles. After finishing school, she married and moved to California and had one daughter, Beverly.  Earline and Bob Lankford lived in Keyes, where they owned and operated a small business for many years. Earline worked for Booths Packing Company for about 15 years, later she worked as an in-home care person for the elderly, until she retired.
Her favorite things in life were her family, her church, her friends and music.  When she was a young girl she traveled with a Christian choir and sang for local churches. She will be greatly missed.
Earline was preceded in death by her husband, Bob Lankford; her parents, Earl and Beatrice Liles; her brother, David Liles; and her sister, Esteen.
She is survived by her daughter, Beverly (Sam) Beevers of Denair; grandchildren, Brian Beevers and Robin (Beevers) Collins; great grandchildren, Hollie, Matt and Nick; and sister, Linda Taylor.
Visitation will be held from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 26 at Allen Mortuary. A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Monday, Dec. 27, also at Allen Mortuary.
