Vancil, Edward “Max” was born on August 26, 1928 in Topeka, Kansas.  He was predeceased by his wife of 62 years, Barbara.

He is survived by his daughters Susan Neufeld of Turlock, CA. and Beth (Glen) Saddoris of Andalusia, Il, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Local services will be held at Allen Mortuary in Turlock on Monday, October 8, 2018 at 4 pm and a Celebration of Life in Lancaster on Saturday, October 13, 2018.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer/Dementia Support Center in Modesto, would be appreciated.
