Edward Roy Munroe, 84, of Turlock, passed away on Tuesday, May 12, 2015 at English Oaks Convalescent in Modesto.  He grew up in Delhi, CA and after he graduated from Livingston High School he enlisted in the U.S. Navy and served during the Korean War.  He settled in Turlock in 1993.

Edward is survived by his wife, Ruth Munroe; son, James Munroe; daughter, Melinda McClintock; and six grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his daughter Pamela Aguilar.

A service with military honors will be held on Friday, May 22, 2015, 10:30am at the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery in Santa Nella.
