Eleanor,94, was born in the Visalia area to Francisco and Leunora Cardoza in 1920 and passed away in Turlock at the age of 94.  She married Albert Brindeiro and they had two children and shared over 60 years of marriage before his passing in 2004.  Together they owned a dairy which she helped manage for 62 years.  In 1982, their son Glenn passed in a tragic accident; the loss of her son was very difficult and life was never the same for Eleanor.

Family was very important to Eleanor, she enjoyed having them over and cooking large meals for them.  Eleanor also treasured time helping with her grandchildren.  She was a generous and loving person and also enjoyed fashion and shopping.  She attended Sacred Heart Catholic Church, was part of Y.L.I and helped Albert when he was the president of The Pentecost.  A major achievement for Eleanor was when she flew an airplane on a solo flight with training provided by her husband.

She is survived by her daughter Carolyn Brindeiro of San Diego, CA; grandchildren Pete Rodosevich, Aileen Rodosevich and Angela Zahra; sister Laverne Laurenco; and five great grandchildren.  Eleanor was preceded in death by her parents; husband Albert Brindeiro; son Glenn Brindeiro; and siblings Frank Cardoza, Anita Brindeiro and Lorraine Fraga.
