Emmaline Hamrick passed away surrounded by her loving family on Oct. 14, 2010, at Hy-Lond Convalescent Hospital in Modesto. Emmaline was born January 1918 in Marysville, Calif. to the late James and Goldie Shirtz.  She lived in Modesto from 1952 till 1964, and then lived in Plumas County and Butte County until she moved to Turlock in 2002.
Emmaline leaves behind her daughter, Lola Hargraves of Cave Creek, Ariz.; son, Tom (Susan) Hamrick of Turlock ; Margaret (Gordon) Blaine of Modesto; grandchildren, Wallace and Eldon Hargraves, Julie Medeiros and Pattie Blaine; six great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Eldon Hamrick; one brother; five sisters; and grandchildren, Tim Hamrick and Richard Blaine.
