Mrs. Ethel Lair passed away at the Turlock Nursing and Rehab Center. Her life came to an end after 99 years. Mrs. Lair was born in Minnesota. She was a wonderful housewife for over 75 years. Mrs. Lair enjoyed cooking and was very involved with the Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Mrs. Lair is survived by her children, Nancy Todd-Cobb of Turlock, Linda Koenig of Lodi and Edward Lair; grandchildren, Gary Groover and Michael Todd of Washington, Kathryn Harland of Turlock, Don Todd of Patterson, Christian Koenig of Lodi, Nikolaus Koenig of Hawaii, Lynda Lair of San Jose and Randy Lair; 12 great grandchildren; and seven great great grandchildren.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. on Wednesday, June 2 at Turlock Funeral Home, 425 N. Soderquist Rd. Services will follow at 11 a.m. at Turlock Funeral Home. Burial will take place at Cherokee Memorial Park on Hwy. 99 at Harney Lane in Lodi.
