Everett Beasley of Ceres CA passed away peacefully at Elness Convalesent Hospital in Turlock on September 7, 2014 at the age of 96. Born on July 11, 1918 in Rogersville, Missouri, Everett was the only child of Ernest and Eva Beasley.

Everett worked many jobs in his long life but will be remembered most for working along side his late wife in their lawn care business in the Turlock, Ceres and Modesto area for 40 years.

Everett was preceeded in death by his wife of 47 years, Ann Beasley and son Gene Lenard both of Ceres. He leaves behind daughters, Sharon Bennett of Modesto and Nancy Keele of Ceres and son Philip Beasley of Alexandria, VA. 5 grandchildren, Lynn Rainey of Walnut Creek, Michael Keele of Ceres, Jason Stude of Camdenton, MO, Gene Lenard Jr of Angels Camp and Christy Ann of Washington and 10 great grandchildren.  Everett never met a stranger, was always ready with a joke and a laugh and welcomed all into his  home with open arms. Visitation will be held at Eaton Family Funeral Home, 513 12th St, Modesto on Monday, September 15th from 5pm to 8pm. Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September  16th at Ceres Memorial Park 1801 E. Whitmore at 1:30pm. The family would like to thank all nurses  and staff at Elness Convalesent Hospital for the wonderful care and comfort they provided Everett  during the last months of his life.
