Frances Maley "Grandma Great"

Frances Maley, 103, of Turlock, California entered into rest on Wednesday, December 14, 2013.  Frances was born on September 20th 1910 in New Jersey.  Frances was one of the first females to graduate from UCLA in 1930,  She went on to teach Elementary School for over 20 years taking a leave of absence to raise her 3 children:  John Andrew, Betty McCoy and Mary Corn, and in order to run the family business.  After retirement, Frances was a dedicated philanthropist filling all her spare time volunteering for several local organizations.  She was an active member of the First Methodist Church of Turlock.
Frances is survived by 2 children, 4 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
A fellowship memorial will be held in her honor at the First Methodist Church located on the corner of Arbor and Berkeley, in Turlock, on Sunday, February 16, 2014 at 11:45, immediately following the 10:30 service. 
In lieu of flowers, Frances would have wanted people to donate to the charity of their choice.
