Private services will be held for Frank Ruiz Niebla Jr., 50, a 10-year resident of Livingston. He died Aug. 5, 2009, in a Turlock hospital.
Born in Palo Alto, Calif. to Frank Murillo and Rosario Mares Niebla in December 1958, he lived in Mexico, Chula Vista, San Diego, and then settled in Livingston. He retired 10 years ago as a self-employed master mechanic. He enjoyed hot rods and muscle cars.
He is survived by son, Frank Niebla III of Turlock; daughter, Elizabeth Niebla of
Marshalltown, Iowa; two grandchildren; and two sisters, Olga and Leticia Niebla.
