Fred Steely, who had a larger than life personality, was born in San Jose, California.  Fred served in the Navy from 1957 – 1961.

Fred is survived by his wife Donna Steely; children Debra McKinnis, John Durling, and Laurie Steely and; 6 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.  Fred was preceded in death by his parents and sibling.
