Glenda Jean Marchant, 73 of Morton Washington, passed away on February 3, 2023 in Tacoma Washington. She was born on December 17, 1949, in Turlock to Ralph and Christine (Rigney) Kellison. She was raised in Turlock and graduated from Turlock High School. She lived in Turlock until 1996 when she moved to Colorado and then relocated in Morton, Washington where she has lived since.

Glenda was a homemaker for most of her life. While in Colorado and Washington, Glenda and Jack opened their home to care for the disabled. Glenda was a member of the Moose Lodge and VFW Ladies Auxiliary. She loved to socialize and be with her friends and family. Going to casinos and cooking were also a favorite pastime.

Glenda is survived by her spouse, Jack Craig of Morton, Wa., her daughters Dawn Marchant of Hilmar, and Melissa Marchant of Thornton, Co., her brothers, Mike (Sharon) Kellison of Linden, Toby Kellison of Fremont and Donnie Kellison of Morton, Wa. She is also survived by her grandchildren, Daniel Wilson and McKinley Wilson.

Glenda was preceded in death by her son Anthony Glen Marchant and her parents, Ralph and Christine (Rigney) Kellison.

Visitation will be held from 5pm to 7pm on Thursday, February 16, at Allen Mortuary, 247 N. Broadway in Turlock. A funeral service will be held at 10:00am on Friday, February 17, also at Allen Mortuary. Interment will be private.
