Harvey Earl Brooks died peacefully in Modesto, California on November 5, 2017 at the age of 89. Earl is survived by his daughter Earlene Cunningham and son-in-law David Cunningham, of Turlock, California; grandchildren David Cunningham (Michael Harrison) of Concord, California; Sarah Dalman (Jeffrey Dalman) of Modesto, California; Sister, Lauraine Comly (Charles Comly), of Turlock, California and three great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his First and Second wives, Ruth Lucille Brooks, of Turlock, California; Katherine Brooks, of Turlock, California; and Brother, Donald Brooks of Moline, Illinois.
