Horacio Adolfo "Chitos" Velasquez passed away due to a car accident in Tracy, CA. Chitos was a day away from turning 22 years young. He loved to be with his family. He is survived by his parents and two sisters. He was and will always remain a loving grandson, uncle, nephew, cousin, brother and son. He will always be missed and live through his family

A funeral service will be held on Saturday October 15, 2011 at 11am at Turlock Funeral Home, 425 N. Soderquist Rd. in Turlock. Burial will follow at Turlock Memorial park.
