Age 84 entered into rest surrounded by her family in Hughson, CA. She was born in Riberinha, Guadalupe, Graciosa, Azores. She was a Homemaker for 54 years and a member of Holy Rosary Catholic Church in Hilmar, Sacred Heart Catholic Church of Turlock, Our Lady of Fatima of Turlock, Our Lady of Miracles of Gustine and Portuguese Pentecost of Turlock. Survivors-Sons- Arthur Silva and his wife Tina of Turlock, Julio Silva of Hilmar and Frank Silva and his wife Susan of Hilmar, Daughters- Mary Machado and her husband Manuel of Turlock, Lilita Cunha of Turlock and Janet Brasil of Idaho. 17-Grandchildren and 11-Great-Grandchildren. Preceded in death by her husband- Manuel Silva-May 14, 2000 and her daughter- Maria da Aguda Rosa. Visitation-10AM-4PM-Wednesday,Oct. 5,2011 at Whitehurst, Norton & Dias Funeral Chapel, Rosary-7PM, Wednesday, Oct.5, 2011 at Holy Rosary Catholic Church,20263 American Ave, Hilmar, Mass-10AM,Thursday, Oct.6,2011 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church,1200 Lyons St, Turlock. Burial will be at Turlock Memorial Park.
