Ismael was born to Ismael and Bernice Ramirez in San Pedro, Calif. in 1979. He lived in Patterson for the last two years. He enjoyed working on cars and tattooing.
He is survived by his parents, Ismael Ramirez of Brawley, Calif. and Bernice Alvarado-Ramirez of Patterson; son, Angel Ramirez of Los Angeles; and siblings, Isidoro Ramirez of Brawley, Virginia Ortiz and Rosalinda Ortiz, both of Texas, and Sulema Ramirez and Beronica Ramirez, both of Brawley.
