James Brownfield, Jr. passed away in his home Monday with his family by his side. He was born to James Sr. and Theresa Brownfield. James was born and lived in Washington before moving to California. He lived all over the Valley including Clovis, Tracy, Lathrop, Manteca, Modesto and Merced until he settled in Livingston three years ago. James drove a fork lift for 12 years. He loved to spend time with his seven grand children. He also enjoyed drawing and playing cards. James was an avid fan of the Washington Redskins and Atlanta Braves.
James is survived by his daughters, Angela Sena of Livingston and Christina Brownfield of Fresno; son, Joseph Brownfield of Lathrop; sisters, Terri, Helen, and the twins, Mary and Nina; brother, Vincent; and seven grandchildren. He is also survived by his mother, Theresa Brownfield.
