James is survived by his wife Teeny Allen; children Michael Allen of Modesto and Sandy (Mike) Fraser of Walnut Creek; siblings Phyllis Skidgel of Colorado Springs, Paul (Esther) Allen of Walnut Creek and Gib (Linda) Allen of Florida; three grandchildren Michelle, Lisa, and Jimmy Fraser.
