James Ray Gerber, 64, of Modesto, passed away in Modesto.
He had a passion for the outdoors and he loved hunting, camping and fishing. He also enjoyed planting fruit trees and vegetables. He collected older guns and loved putting them together.
James is survived by his mother, Maxinie; children, Jamess Gerber, Tracy Garcia and James D. Gerber; and brother, Joe Gerber.
