Janice Bache, 75, of Delhi, passed away Saturday in Turlock.  She was born at Emanuel Hospital in Turlock to Andrew and Virginia (Bliss) Young. 

Janice graduated from Modesto High School in 1953, and married Dallas Bache of Delhi in 1954.  Her home was a place for family and friends to gather, as she welcomed all with her smile and hospitality.  She was proud of her yard and the beautiful flowers it provided for all to enjoy throughout the year.  She enjoyed fishing, and she was a member of U.S. Bowling Congress and Modesto Area Street Rod Assn.  She was active in the Delhi community as a Cub Scout den mother, Girl Scout leader, Delhi PTA, Delhi Little League and with the Delhi Volunteer Fire Dept. Auxiliary.

Janice will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandma and friend.

She is survived by her husband, Dallas; her children, Kathy (Gary) Davis of Oregon and Ron (Eleanor) Bache of Turlock; six grandchildren; and one great grandchild.  She was preceded in death by her son, Dan Bache. 

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 12 at Turlock Funeral Home, 425 N. Soderquist Rd., Turlock.  Inurnment at Turlock Memorial Park will take place at a later date.
