Hilmar native and Turlock resident Jean Charlotte Ogle, Nee Sousa, passed away at her home on July 29th at the age of 64.  She was a devoted mother, an avid chocolate enthusiast, a lover of books, and a friend to all animals until the very end.

She is survived not only by her daughters Megan, Jennifer, Erin, and Eila, but also by her many friends and family members.  Always honest, caring and quick to laugh, Jean will be remembered fondly by all those who knew her.

Memorial services will be held on Sunday, August 23rd at 2PM at the Unitarian Fellowship at 2172 Kiernan Ave, Modesto.  All those wishing to celebrate her life are welcome.

In lieu of flowers or tokens of condolences, Jean’s family would prefer charitable donations be made in her honor.
